The staff are always so kind and don’t talk down to me even though I know nothing about cars. If I have a question they are more than willing to explain everything clearly and in a way that I can understand! They are very knowledgeable and I will continue to use them!

You know how sometimes, you go to a mechanic shop, walk in..and the people keep clickin’ on their computers, and it takes a minute for anyone to even acknowledge that you’ve walked in? NOT HERE!! I walked in, all three looked up, and I was immediately greeted. I had set up an online appt (love this feature!). When I said “I have 9:30 appt” he knew my name. I needed four tires for my wife’s car, that she doesn’t drive often. They did NOT try to convince me to get super expensive tires. He let me decide with no pressure. I absolutely love the vibe of this place, and of course the WORK. Highly recommend!!

Greensboro Tire & Auto are the ONLY ones I trust with my truck. They are always able to find the issue and get it fixed and my baby rides smooth every time. I can call and when I show up for my appointment, they already know me. They never try to do more than needs to be done, which is much appreciated, especially in this economy right now. 5 out of 5 service every time.

I’ve been to Greensboro and Tire a few times and am impressed every time I go. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they really know cars. I feel confident taking my car there each time. They are also very reasonably priced too!
